Short answer: Multiply approved Bridge fills by $50, then separately account for provider or service charges. For self-pay, enter a dated quote for the same product supply and add its fees. Calendar months and 28-day fills are different units.

Record product, formulation, dose, supply length, quote date, initial price and refill price. If prices change during the period, calculate each group of fills separately. The comparison estimates cost only, not approval, drug supply or how long treatment should continue.
Respect the program window
Only authorized Bridge fills within July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027 are covered under the published window. The calculator does not infer how many fills will be approved before the end date. Ask your prescriber about treatment and continuation plans.

Bridge drug copay: $50 per covered 28-day or 30-day fill. Enter a quote for the same number of fills and supply length. This is a drug-cost comparison, not a coverage decision or a prediction of future prices.
Bridge drug copays: $600 (12 × $50). Provider visits, service fees and Zepbound needles can cost extra.
