Before your first fill, call the pharmacy and ask: 'Can you process claims under the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge program — the CMS demonstration billed through its central processor, not my Part D plan?' and, if your drug is Zepbound: 'Do you stock or can you order the KwikPen form specifically?' A yes to both means you're set. A confused pause means ask for the pharmacist directly (front-counter staff may not know a three-week-old program), and if the answer stays no, try a major chain — their systems support is broadest.
